This is a fantastic time to join us as a business we continue to grow. You will play a significant part in working with the wider Product Experience Design team in helping to shape the future experience for our General Practice end users.

This Product Designer position is a remote working role, however our team meet on a monthly basis for PI sessions.
What you’ll do
As a Product Designer, you will promote and apply user-centred and evidence-based design best practices to truly understand the needs and motivations of our end users and define design solutions that appropriately meet those needs and the needs of the business.
The Product Experience Design team, pairing with User Researchers to understand painpoints, and working with UI designers to contribute to our Design System, as well as promoting innovative experiences crafted by you to delight our users. There will be no typical week in this Product Designer role, you will enjoy a varied working environment from facilitating cross functional ideation sessions to observing usability testing and much more
Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;
- Identify UX activities and deliverables appropriate to the nature of a given project.
- Develop user journeys, task flows, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes to communicate ideas and to validate assumptions and solutions with business stakeholders and end users.
Within this supportive product design team, you have the opportunity to grow your UX design capabilities for an exciting product portfolio that is using cutting edge technology.
Who you’ll be
We need you to be an experienced Product Designer with a passion for innovation and focusing design solutions on end user needs. You will be inquisitive, understanding the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders through collaboration.
Having work in a fast-paced environment previously, you will have a proven record of embracing cross-functional working in order to define technically feasible solutions based on a User Centred approach.
Collaboration is essential; you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of engaging with user research teams and be able to understand a variety of user research methodologies. As well as having the ability to understand and communicate effectively with engineers, product owners and other cross functional team members, where you will be able to communicate the UX vision to the wider company.
Professional skills we are looking for you to demonstrate include;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to clearly communicate design decisions based on user and other relevant insights.
- Expert Figma user with a general understanding of working with a Design System to deliver hi fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
