Are you a creative and innovative Designer with a passion for building immersive experiences? Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a talented Designer to join their dynamic and cross-functional team. Join them in shaping the future of social technology and making a meaningful impact on people's lives


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, Retail, Producers, agencies, and external partnerships to develop and deliver design guidelines and creative solutions for the brand.
  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Design Leads, and Designers across different locations and time zones.
  • Ensure timely and organised delivery of design solutions in collaboration with Programme Managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Solid years of experience in brand design (agency and/or in-house).
  • Multidisciplinary background in brand identities/design systems, with experience in digital channels, retail/packaging, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, art direction, typography, photography, retouching, layouts & grids, and colour strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in presenting and pitching creative concepts to senior leaders and internal/external partners.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Systems thinking experience and ability to navigate complex matrices, manage stakeholders, and balance enterprise-level considerations with attention to detail.
  • A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with VR hardware and software.
  • Experience marketing physical (hardware) products.
  • Solid years of experience in brand design, either in an ad agency or in-house studio environment.
  • Future-first mindset and experience in creating new platforms such as augmented reality, virtual reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, and more.
  • Fluent in Figma, including prototyping skills.
  • Technology industry experience.
  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies.
  • Experience with 3D software and After Effects (motion design and video editing).
