Head of Retail – fu:di
We’re on the hunt for a Head of Retail to create and deliver the sales strategy for fu:di across our 3 key channels of Grocery, OOH and Ecommerce. Create a 1-3 year commercial strategy in line with the fu:di’s growth plan
Own and nurture our key commercial relationships to deliver short and long-term sales goals.
Own the Monthly and Quarterly internal reporting cycle to tell the progress of our launch into retail.
Work closely with other departments to create and execute a commercial plan that will drive distribution, visibility and rate of sale.
Lead the collaboration between sales, ops and marketing to ensure consistent brand delivery and availability across all channels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic commercial operator with a deep understanding of UK Retail channels & ideally Out of Home/Ecommerce experience in the food and beverage sector, a knack for building brand awareness, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
You will be great at building retail relationships and will have high energy and drive. The willingness to get stuck in, creating and owning the go to market strategy, be a key leader in the SLT and of course, being an SME – packing boxes, taking the bins out and keeping our Head of Happiness office dog company with ear scratches and treats
~4+ years proven success in SME sales roles within the food & beverage industry
~ Knowledge of commercial and office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
~ Proven track record of successful product launches and brand development through mission led brands
