As a Teacher or Lecturer in Further Education you will be mainly supporting young adults between 16-19 years old, teaching A Levels, GCSE Resits, BTECH, national diplomas and NVQ’s. Ideally you will have a PGCE or certificate of education however some vocational lecturer positions would not require you to have a teaching qualification just industry experience and knowledge.
