Job Title: Quality Systems Engineer Reporting To: Senior Quality Engineer

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes liftgates, door modules, exterior fascias and trim, front-end modules, active aerodynamic systems, running boards, sealing, trim and engineered glass. Advanced expertise in exterior design and lightweight composites is incorporated within each product line.

This role is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation and sustaining QMS, automotive, company and customer specific requirements into the business.

management of document control and related systems
Support quality management and site management objectives and tasks
Support quality management and site management reporting requirements
Contribute towards the development and delivery of department and individual objectives to maintain/improve department and business performance
Lead the development and embedding of the plant’s QMS system and customer requirements
Lead internal auditing across the plant (safety, systems, processes, etc.), Implement and facilitate the change management process for the plant
Manage the document control system
Support coaching and development activities as required
Experience of quality management systems, with creation of procedures and rolling out through business
Good understanding of automotive requirements (IATF16949)
Computer literate, including MS office applications
Previous experience of leading and coaching teams
Experience of working within the automotive sector
