About the Role

Magna International is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Regulatory Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation and sustaining of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage document control and related systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support quality management and site management objectives and tasks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of department and individual objectives, driving performance improvement.
  • Lead the development and embedding of our QMS system and customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Lead internal auditing across the plant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage the document control system, ensuring up-to-date and compliant documentation.
  • Support coaching and development activities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in quality management systems, with a proven track record of creating procedures and rolling out through business.
  • Good understanding of automotive industry requirements, including IATF 16949.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
  • Previous experience in leading and coaching teams, with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working within the automotive sector, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
