Our client has provided straightforward independent financial advice for many years in the Kent area and has built up a solid reputation with their clients and local professional services firms, who help supply them with a steady stream of new business enquiries. Due to an increase in new business, they are actively seeking an additional member of staff who is a proficient Financial Administrator, that can fit into this friendly and supportive team.
You will be an integral part of a 12-member team supporting a growing cohort of Financial Advisers. Duties will include the full end to end Financial Administration process, from onboarding new clients, through to dealing with client queries and liaising with product providers and the Advisers. In addition to this, you will be supporting the Office Manager, with the day to day running of the Financial Admin Team and dealing with technical queries.
In this role, you'll support the financial administration team, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols while developing detailed financial plans and reports. Our client seeks a candidate with at least 3 years of solid Financial Administration experience. Proficiency with Aviva, Transact, Quilter, and Fidelity platforms is essential, and familiarity with Xplan as a back-office system would be beneficial.
