We have been experiencing double digital growth YoY and have established ourselves as a leading hair care line across our global retailers such as Sephora, Selfridges, Mecca, and Harrods. We are currently available in over 40 countries and are on an explosive journey of growth as we launch in new markets, open additional channels and focus on building our team internationally.
Being a part of Gisou is for those who are passionate, ambitious, hard working, agile and approachable. Reporting to the Senior International Account Manager and working on the Gisou counter in a top UK luxury retailer, you will be responsible to:


Achieve sales KPIs, as determined by the Brand, in your assigned store(s) by delivery of customer-facing selling, analysing your store/counter business, education & training of surrounding team members (both Gisou & retailer), execution of in-store events, and brand representation in activations.
Create a in-store strategy with the Gisou manager to achieve sales and any additional KPIs.
Animate the retail by conducting in store events.
Represent the brand as a brand expert pertaining to brand essence, brand sales metrics, product knowledge, inventory, and brand merchandising.
Integrate selling skills, services, & additional company initiatives (as needed) in all brand trainings including (& not limited to) store visits, events, internal/external brand marketing on-site activations.
Establish and develop a strong relationship at store level with retail partner BA’s, Store Leadership and Managers/Regional Directors. Assisting with educating New Store Opening’s within territory for products trainings -virtual/in-person.
Responsible for walk-in gratis programs within territory (sampling & GWP in-store)
Provide consistent and specific feedback on sales, materials and training sessions.
Work with Gisou account manager to merchandise the Gisou counter according to brand guidelines.
Analyse sales to determine strategies to drive additional sales.
Participate in retail & education programs and events in-store that impact brand awareness.
Provide feedback to Gisou management for in-store sampling, gratis, education tools and materials, products and packaging, endcap improvements, and overall opportunities.
Position may require travel to stores within territory/ to other territories to support education/PR events.
Position may require travel to head office in Amsterdam for training and meetings.
Flexibility in schedule to work evenings/weekends and peak retail times (including but not limited to: Bank Holidays, Boxing Day etc.) for sales, education training and brand activations as needed.
Must be able to travel easily to one of London’s top luxury retailers.
4 years of relevant working experience / experience working in luxury retail
~ Proven experience in product education, training internal and external team members
~ Proven experience monitoring and optimizing sales performance.
~ Strong engagement with customers in-store andan expert in providing strong customer advise with strong interpersonal skills.
~ Passion about transmitting beauty with a familiarity of Gisou, familiarity with current trends, especially beauty and keen social media user with a knowledge of social trends and brand campaigns.
