Internal Sales Recruiter

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and experienced Sales recruiter to join our internal talent acquisition team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will give you responsibility for recruiting the best salespeople within the UK and internationally as Support Revolution grows across Europe, India, and the USA.

About the Role

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, this role focuses on recruiting the best of the best sales talent for Support Revolution. As we are growing internationally, you will also have the chance to recruit for global positions, making this role ideal for someone keen to expand their skills and remit. You will receive full training on our systems, processes, and products to ensure you are best equipped to grow our teams. This is a flexible role in terms of location within the UK. It can be fully remote, based part-time or full-time in our offices in Thatcham, Berkshire.

Responsibilities

No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:

  • End-to-end recruiting for multiple roles, including the UK, India, and the USA
  • Proactively source, attract and engage high-quality sales candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and more
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct initial screenings, arrange interviews, and facilitate the selection process to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining professional communication
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our processes
  • Supporting the Chief Operating Officer with all hiring activity and strategy
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on hiring activity when required

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in end-to-end Sales recruitment is essential
  • Proven record of sourcing and hiring top Sales talent and building successful Sales teams
  • Previous recruitment experience within an agency/RPO or internal environment; any experience recruiting for international roles is a bonus but not a necessity
  • Experience in owning end-to-end hiring activity for multiple hires
  • Creative resourcing methods and the ability to source both active and passive talent
  • Experience in screening and interviewing candidates against specific roles

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 based on experience
  • 25 days holiday (rising to 30 days with length of service), plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off on us
