We have an exciting part-time, job share opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team in Big NoiseGovanhill (Glasgow).

You will support the Head of Centre, and as part of the Big Noise Govanhill Senior Team, to ensure high qualityprocedures, processes and operational functions are embedded to maximise the success of the programme. A skilledproject manager, you will also have experience of working with communities and volunteers, and will have apassion for music, along a belief in the benefits that a social programme such as Big Noise / Sistema Scotlandcan have.

This is a permanent part-time job share post, working 21 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, with flexibility towork either 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm.

The Supported Housing Worker role requires assisting in the management of the development thusensuring the tenants are able to enjoy an acceptable standard of living in an environment which is clean, safeand friendly. You will be responsible for overseeing the wellbeing of the tenants and for assisting them inmaintaining their independence.

As Housing Care Worker your role will involve working with our tenants to ensure they receive thesupport and personal care identified in their care plans. You will directly support tenants in their homes byproviding individual advice, practical housing support assistance and personal care.

Both roles are to ensure that we are able to offer the best service to our tenants and make it possible for ourtenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they’re able.

Scottish Recovery Consortium (SRC) is looking for a pro-active, team player to join the multi-disciplinary MedicationAssisted Treatment Standards Implementation Support Team (MIST). As an employee of the Scottish RecoveryConsortium (SRC), reporting to SRC Chief Executive & Public Health Scotland MISTQ Team the successful postholder will have a unique opportunity to support the implementation of the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)Standards created to improve addiction services and reduce drug related deaths in Scotland.

The postholder will work with a range of organisations and people across the alcohol, drug and recovery sectors inScotland e.g. third sector organisations, NHS, Public Health Scotland, people with lived experience, NHS staffand family members of people accessing treatment.

Your role will be to:

  • To design, develop and deliver training in association with MISTQ Experiential Team and the SRC’s Learning,Education and Development Officers.
  • Support Alcohol & Drug Partnerships (ADPs) local team ofinterviewers, to collect experiential evidence on an ongoing basis, to use this evidence to support localquality improvement work and to submit evidence to MISTQ.
  • To facilitate strategic partnerships betweennational and locality structures and ensure that data is collected, analysed locally, used for local qualityimprovement work and fed into MISTQ Experiential Team and other relevant partners.

Being based within SRC ensures a joined up and creative way of affecting change alongside an organisation dedicatedto building recovery from addiction in Scotland.

This exciting role involves contributing to the development, support and delivery of a national programme designed tomeasure outcomes of implementation.

A fantastic opportunity has become available within the Fundraising & Engagement Team to own the delivery ofsignificant income from two key income streams and sustain our mission to ensure nobody faces dementiaalone.

The Fundraising & Engagement Leader will report to the Head of Fundraising & Engagement, collaborativelyleading the team’s delivery of our strategic objectives.

While not essential, we are particularly keen to hear from anyone who has prior Corporate Partnership and/or MajorDonor experience. In particular, this role will focus on the establishment and delivery of a major donorprogramme and the development and leadership of our corporate partnerships strategy and implementation.

We are looking for someone who is driven, comfortable working independently and has a track record of working in afast-paced and varied environment. You should be naturally optimistic and empathetic, with a can-do attitude. Inline with our ethos of building meaningful relationships, applications from those with experience ofpartnerships and collaboration are particularly welcome.

Successful applicants will have a positive attitude towards dementia, along with excellent communication skills and acaring manner. A pro-active approach to learn and participate in training will also be expected.
