Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at [Company Name], a leading recruitment company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, providing outstanding support via phone, email, and live chat.

- Address inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients and candidates in a timely and professional manner.

- Resolve issues related to the recruitment process, including application status, interview scheduling, and offer letters.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

2. Recruitment Process Support:

- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between clients and candidates.

- Provide support with job postings, candidate screening, and application tracking.

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.

- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.

3. Client and Candidate Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.

- Gather and analyze feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Proactively reach out to clients and candidates to provide updates and gather insights.

4. Administrative Duties:

- Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service activities and recruitment metrics.

- Assist with onboarding new clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.

- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
