Job Overview: Working alongside our client, an established plastic packaging manufacturer, we are looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to join a forward-thinking organisation who place great importance on the training and development of their staff.

* Candidates MUST HAVE demonstrable experience within injection moulding manufacturing.

* This position will suit a skilled Injection Moulding Setter with experience within setting, conditioning and process optimisation of injection moulding machines

In the role of Injection Moulding Setter, you will be required to carry out tool changes and set machines for production runs.

* As an Injection Moulding Setter you will complete daily machine safety checks on each shift using relevant check sheet.

* The successful Injection Moulding Setter will strive to achieve standard cycle times and optimum processing parameters.

* Answering machine alarms immediately and promptly carry out the necessary action required on machine breakdowns to minimise the machine downtime.

* Ensure all downtime and scrap is recorded on the production monitoring system.

* Comply with the health & safety policy and observe all the safety rules to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Previous experience within injection moulding manufacturing

* Industry recognised injection moulding qualifications an advantage
