As an Industrial Relations Manager at Hinkley Point C for BAM Nuttall, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage employee relations across the site, fostering a positive culture and proactively mitigating any potential industrial disputes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all relevant employment regulations, providing support and information to address workforce issues.
Work diligently to prevent and minimize potential industrial disputes, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
CIPD qualification with a background in HR or Industrial Relations management.
Proven experience in managing Industrial Relations issues, preferably within the construction industry.
