Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30-17:15 In Office
We are seeking a Practice Manager to join and complement our team working within a busy office environment. We are looking for a flexible person with effective communication and interpersonal skills, who can prioritise, problem solve and work both independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
Overall responsibility for the day to day running of the practice to include people management, business processing, regulatory requirements, marketing and client servicing.
Financial Services administration experience is required and Senior / Team Lead experience is desired but not essential.
Provide technical support and training to new/junior staff joining the practice
Ensure the end-to-end business process is managed and tracked efficiently in line with practice and regulatory standards
Oversee and update all Financial Promotions including the company website
Track ongoing advice meetings and provision of management information through the CRM as required

Experience of client management systems such as Salesforce
Experience of managing client accounts and relationships
Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
