  • Provide personalised care and support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist individuals with Daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation & medication administration.
  • Assist service users in their personal hygiene requirements following their individual plan of care
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 3 months plus in healthcare industry.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must have an adult DBS within a year old
  • A DBS on the update service is desirable
  • Must be a driver
