About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care branch in Clacton. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, including quality and governance, retention and recruitment, and financial performance. You will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting, with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for staff and clients. You will also need to be passionate about delivering an excellent standard of care and support to our clients and colleagues.
