Full-Time Remote Account Executive Role in fast growing international marketing agency
We are looking for experienced remote account executives with minimum 4 years experience in B2B sales. We are a fast growing company with an easy to work with, hardworking team.
You will help us grow dealing with warm to hot leads, booking meetings with prospective clients, inbound leads and other contact requests that come through marketing channels. A huge benefit to our sales team is how we align sales with marketing, which has a significant impact on sales, and continues to develop weekly.
This is a fully remote position but it is preferred that you are in a similar time zone to Ireland and the UK as those will be the markets you’ll be working on.
The Roadmap is a full service marketing agency with over 250 clients and a fully remote team growing quickly. We have internal apps to assist the sales team so they can show potential clients the real results, reports, before/after results and the ROI of what we provide. Our services provide clients with a ROI and we truly do believe in educating and helping small businesses grow online (and offline).

Attend consultations set up by junior sales people
Work alongside our marketing team to engage with 250+ existing clients
Work on the intersection and in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
Reach out to them via phone, email to book meetings with potential clients
Document all activities within our CRM with organised data management.
Learn and develop into the role of being a senior sales executive
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
Demonstrating a successful track record in sales
Be diligent in managing the CRM with notes, reminders and more
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
High uncapped commissions, realistic targets and bonuses each quarter
