Business Travel Coordinator (9 Month Fixed Term Contract) Brackley, United Kingdom

About the Role: A vacancy has arisen for a Business Travel Coordinator reporting to the MBM Travel Manager-Race and Business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cost effective provision and administration of travel and accommodation services to support the teams corporate and competitive objectives.
Key Accountabilities (Duties): Co-ordinate the Ad Hoc Travel Requests and tests:
Book all the travel arrangements for approved travel requests and tests including flights / hotels / transfers / car hire.
Production and publication of the travel itinerary (including preparation of the itinerary document, welcome letter and Travel packs with E-Tickets).
Booking of all ground transfers both in the UK and overseas.
Organise the completion and submission of the subsistence allowances for team members after a race / test event.
Provide out of hours contact as and when required for all travel arranged by the job role, if unable to do so, ensure that an alternative is arranged.
As and when requested, assist and provide support to the MBM Head of Travel and the rest of the Travel team including but not limited to:
Maintain and provide records and other information to facilitate the smooth operation of the Travel department.
Experience of SAP is desirable.
Experience of Travel administration in a fast-moving environment.
Advanced Excel and numeracy skills.
