Based at Normandy Barracks in Aldershotwe are recruiting for a Service Manager to manage the operational running of all functions such as catering, mess management, cleaning,retail,pay as you dine and supporting the services manager with compliance, policy and procedure.

This is a busy and varied operation that serves officers and senior officers. You will have proven experience in the hospitality sector and of the military and defence sites, be flexible with work location and schedule, manage your time effectively, possess good communication and customer service skills and be able to handle multiple priorities.

This is a great opportunity to support our Armed Forces and improve the quality of their daily life, as the site is not only their workplace but also a home to many of them.

You will have responsibility for the following;

  • Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
  • Food safety
  • Cash Control
  • Stock Control
  • Audits
