As we continue to scale Sigma, we are now seeking a seasoned senior product manager to join our Sigma Experience team. This team is within our central global product team and is made up of talented inter-disciplinary roles and skillsets across design, development and product who are responsible for maintaining the sigma front end and frameworks that make up the core product. This includes defining how users of the platform (both internal and external) interface with sigma from a holistic systems design perspective and includes close collaboration with our experience design team. The Senior Product Manager will work within this team to define and co-own the product roadmap and strategy around our frameworks and utilities in sigma that will be consumed by other product development teams within the central global product org. Features this team has delivered include, introduction of our translation management system, our user settings framework and our demo mode amongst other exciting developments. You will play a pivotal part in scaling Sigma and defining how we expand our capabilities to offer best-in class, consistent experiences to our users. Responsibilities Of Role Deliver on our Roadmap An expert with agile practices and the end-to-end design, develop, deploy cycle of product management Co-lead the scoping, planning, and prototyping of our system wide features and development frameworks along with our tech and design leads Own prd, epic and story development and collaborate with program management team to deliver quarterly planning and prioritisation effectively Maintain a healthy backlog that addresses key user needs and collaborate with development team Measuring and reporting on success Work with our experience design and product analysts to define, collect and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product while monitoring key adoption and retention metrics use these insights to inform product delivery and shape product development strategies Strategy & Vision Co-drive and shape our unified platform product vision, through a strong understanding of upcoming marketplace changes, and collaborating with the wider central product team Followership Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders, departments, partners and stakeholders will help you get traction and continue to drive product success at scale. Lead & Guide Opportunity to manage a team of junior product managers as the team grows Leading growth and development while sustaining a culture of healthy debate within your team as well as across key stakeholders in the business. Ensuring the squad understands their product objectives and what success looks like for their product and roles. Innovation Lean into emerging technologies and industry changes, in collaboration with product leads to elevate the future-proofing components of the product. Human centred design Ensure an inclusive, high quality design culture is maintained in your product development by collaborating closely with the experience design team to deliver excellent user experience. What You Need 5+ years of technology development experience is essential, preferably an Agency, brand, or buy-side experience within a product management role. In depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape, the data and technology that underpins it. Experience working with global commercial markets A fail fast and learn mentality in experimenting with new concepts and industry opportunities.
