POSH Virtual Receptionists is an international call answering service provider, specialising in live receptionist services for businesses big or small. Our team works across business sectors from our European headquarters in Reading. We pride ourselves on being an innovator in the sector, providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers succeed.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive to play an integral role in fulfilling Posh Virtual Receptionists' commercial goals. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have used their ambition, tenacity, and creativity to drive business growth.

This role reports into the Chief Operating Officer and is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make a meaningful contribution to a company at the beginning of its journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your sales pipeline and convert leads into satisfied customers.
  • Speak with customers interested in using our services, introducing them to our call answering services and product features.
  • Provide a consultative sales approach to identify the most impactful solution to a customer’s business needs.
  • Communicate the benefits of our call answering service.
  • Work with our operations team to onboard customers and ensure payment is made once their free-trial has concluded.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service both through the sales process and also in the after-sales customer care.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports on sales opportunities and targets.

What You’ll Need:

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.

Customer-Centric : A genuine interest in understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.

Customer Management : Experience and proficiency in using a CRM system would be beneficial.

Drive : A constant focus on improving and developing as a person and within a business.

Experience : At least 2 years' experience in a B2B sales role and a proven track-record of delivering commercial growth.

Team Player : Collaborative spirit to work with colleagues across business divisions.

Job Type : Full-Time / Permanent

Hours : 40 hours per-week

Salary : £31,000 per annum + uncapped commission scheme
