The EMEA Campaign Manager is a key role to stepchange transformation around marketing personalisation, with the mission to drive growth through digital channels using our CRM.
In partnership with the Online Acceleration team in the EU, the EMEA Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing program timelines, building and sending marketing emails, and reviewing campaign performance for Europe.

The role will work within our Content Studio with both internal and agency teams to bring our email marketing campaigns to life.
Ultimately they will be the final stage of email marketing campaigns we send across Europe.

60% Building & Deploying Email Campaigns
~ The main responsibility for the Campaign Manager will be building and sending emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as data capture mechanics (e.The individual will receive campaign assets from our agency or internal partners and build the email campaigns within the Marketing Cloud. The individual will then work with internal partners to link assets to appropriate site destinations, add appropriate tagging for analysis, select the desired audiences and send the campaigns. This campaign manager will primarily support European email marketing but also support other regions.​​

15% Project Management
~ 15% Campaign Analysis
~ The Campaign Manager will occasionally be asked to report back on campaign performance to market leads. These requests will usually fall on our analytics team though some simple requests such as reporting campaign engagement (open, click-through, and unsubscribe rates) will come to this individual to assist in developing marketing strategies for both regional teams and local country leads.

They should also feel comfortable suggesting ways to adjust campaign creative for better performance for both regional teams and local country
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience building emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with SQL to generate send audiences
Experience with Adobe creative suite
Experience with HTML
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification

Proven record of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to send email campaigns
Experience selecting send audiences and basic data table management
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and reporting
Knowledge of digital strategies and trends
Strong Project Management skills
Planning / Priority Setting
Brand & Equity Management - Effective Insights
Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) – Digital Marketing Strategy & Media
Business Strategy short-term and long-term digital marketing effectiveness
Works with other CRM specialists
