They are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans that drive organic growth and align with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve targets.
Provide accurate quarterly analysis of ongoing sales performance and commit to meeting the quarterly booking hard calls.
Academic Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent (finance/business administration is possible).
Solid understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and industry trends, opportunity identification, and risk mitigation.
Ability to excel and collaborate effectively within a diverse, multinational work environment.
At least 10 years of sales experience in direct sales of Software and/or VAS solutions to Tier 1 Mobile Operators Worldwide
Proven sales experience and track record with complex software solutions
At least 4 years in a senior management position with a proven track record of:
Building and enhancing global sales teams
Flexibility to work across global time zones, and travel as needed.
Fluent in English, and other languages is an advantage.
