Leading the team in the smooth running of the kitchen operation
Develop nutritious and diet sensitive meals for residents and their requirements
Menu design and planning
Managing stock control and adhering to food cost guidelines
Ensure compliance with both Food Safety and Health and Safety in the kitchen
Training, supervising, and developing a team to help them make the most of their potential

We have our own Catering Academy to provide excellent training and induction programs for all new Catering Staff and we will give you all thats needed to have a successful career as a Chef with us. Where you'll work Our brand new care home, Dashwood Manor, opened in Basingstoke October 2021. We offer quality care for older people in beautiful surroundings .
With its highly experienced team, wide range of care services from residential to
nursing and dementia care plus a café, cinema and hair salon, our Basingstoke
care home will be focused on residents care, health and wellbeing.
Dashwood Manor is created to the latest design, including on our dementia suite,
where signage, colour schemes, lighting and floor coverings will be designed to
support people who are living with dementia. The home will also be divided into
smaller suites to create a sense of community for residents.
