About Us:
Our client is a prominent law firm located in London, renowned for its expertise in handling complex restructuring and insolvency matters. With a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services, they are seeking a talented Restructuring Associate to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The firm is currently looking for a skilled Restructuring Associate with 3-7 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to bolster its London office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling diverse restructuring and insolvency cases, collaborating with seasoned professionals to provide top-tier legal solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of restructuring and insolvency matters, including administrations, liquidations, and company voluntary arrangements (CVAs).
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients on restructuring issues.
- Assist in negotiations with creditors, stakeholders, and other parties involved in restructuring proceedings.
- Collaborate effectively with partners, senior associates, and other team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on developments in restructuring law and contribute to the firm's thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with 3-7 years of PQE in restructuring and insolvency law.
- Strong academic background with a degree in law.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex restructuring matters.
