An experienced Telesales Executive with a proven track record of telesales is needed to join the team at this leading Managed IT Services and Infrastructure provider based in Cambridge on a full-time, hybrid working basis. As a Telesales Executive, you will make business-to-business calls to arrange appointments and create opportunities for their sales team-no over-the-phone sales Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be a professional, driven individual, results-oriented, and have a proven track record in Telesales. Key Responsibilities: A well-spoken telesales representative to contact potential customers over the telephone to book appointments for the sales team to meet them and progress the opportunity You will actively participate in engaging campaigns, meeting targets through persuasive communication and effective customer relationship management Working on their CRM system, you will maintain accurate records of potential customer interactions Required Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach Previous experience working for a business that sells Tech products and services is an advantage Ability to grasp and articulate what products and services they provide Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail for accurate record-keeping Team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment Proficiency in relevant computer applications Benefits: Commission for every new appointment made and attended by their sales team Great working environment and team Private Medical Insurance / Medical Cash Plan Sick Leave Scheme Company Pension Scheme Office/Hybrid role On-site Car Park Birthday Bonus 31 days leave per annum, which includes the 8 public holidays Holiday Loyalty Scheme - Additional holiday entitlement that will increase with time served.
