Are you interested in working for an exciting start-up based in Essex that provides fire safety consultancy services including; fire risk assessments, health & safety risk assessments, fire door inspection surveys, and fire-stopping surveys to a range of clientele in the South East?

Requirements

  • Answer phone & respond to email enquiries
  • Keeping property information and keeping the reporting system up-to-date
  • Managing diary, planning assessor schedules, and liaising with clientele
  • Basic bookkeeping i.e. invoicing and reconciliation
  • Reviewing report formatting ready for auditing
  • Drafting quotes
  • Company social media management
