Job Description
Are you interested in working for an exciting start-up based in Essex that provides fire safety consultancy services including; fire risk assessments, health & safety risk assessments, fire door inspection surveys, and fire-stopping surveys to a range of clientele in the South East?
Requirements
- Answer phone & respond to email enquiries
- Keeping property information and keeping the reporting system up-to-date
- Managing diary, planning assessor schedules, and liaising with clientele
- Basic bookkeeping i.e. invoicing and reconciliation
- Reviewing report formatting ready for auditing
- Drafting quotes
- Company social media management
Ideal candidate:
- Organised & good time management
- Professional & good customer service
- Good eye for detail
- Enthusiastic & personable
