Lead Endoscopy Nurse

PART TIME - 3 DAYS A WEEK

Ensure high standards of nursing care in Endoscopy Unit and Outpatient clinics, following established policies.
• Lead team in safe procedural practices and efficient list management.
• Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate Endoscopy patient care effectively.
• Foster teamwork within the hospital environment and promote cohesion in team objectives.
• Adhere to data collection and reporting policies, addressing evolving healthcare needs.
• Drive service development and implementation of improvements.
• Comply with policies, participate in guideline development, and engage in audits.
• Champion equality, diversity, and rights, promoting staff education and development.
• Oversee equipment checks and maintenance, ensuring immediate fault reporting.
• Effectively manage departmental resources to optimize performance.

Qualifications/Special Training:

• At least 6 months of experience in the Endoscopy setting
• Post-registration experience in Endoscopy
• Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating education programs
