Our client is a highly successful and niche commercial law firm. It is instructed by a large number of corporates, SME businesses, finance and professional services clients. The business group has an excellent reputation and a wide network and range of clients and contacts throughout the country. The team is incredibly busy and looking to expand.

Managing your own caseload and with responsibility for client contact, the nature of the immediate role requires a commercial litigator with not less than 2 years' PQE.

No day is ever the same. There is a real diversity in the commercial disputes they handle – from representing owner managers (some of whom are newcomers to litigation proceedings), as well as acting for established and sizeable corporate clients on complex disputes.

The team prides itself on providing a pragmatic, astute and solutions-based approach to resolving disputes. Where necessary, hard-fought litigation is undertaken in a tenacious way. On other occasions, to protect future client relationships, the team assists the client to find a constructive way of resolving a dispute.

Instructions will cover diverse and interesting mix commercial litigation disputes including:


• Breach of Contract

• Professional Negligence Actions

• Commercial Trading disputes

• Partnership, Director & Shareholder Disputes

• Corporate Litigation and Breach of Warranty Claims

• Breach of Director Duties

• Contentious Probate
