Training and Development Manager

R13 are currently supporting a fantastic, award-winning consultancy in their search for a Learning & Development Manager to join their growing team. This is a full time, permanent, remote position with travel required across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridgeshire, so living in one of these locations would be ideal. Developing the L&D side of the business but also contributing to the overall strategic growth of the business.
* Establishing effective training infrastructure for the business and clients.
* Liaising with clients, developing strong working relationships and delivering successful L&D proposals.
* Delivering reports on training data and KPIs.
* Coordinating training programmes for new starters.
Previous experience within an L&D/HR role.
* Working knowledge of developing and delivering training programmes.
* Highly organised with strong project management skills.
