The role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors while maintaining a high standard of quality control throughout all project stages. Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Manage and oversee the day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Office Fit-Out: Specialize in office fit-outs, including both Cat A (basic shell and core) and Cat B (customization and design to client's needs) projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality interiors and functional spaces.
- Pre-Starts: Ability to commence preparation and planning during the pre-start week, including setting up site safety measures, materials, and coordination with teams to ensure smooth project initiation.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site, conducting regular risk assessments.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers, to ensure work is completed to schedule.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and handling any concerns or modifications.
- Budget & Time Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring work is completed within the budget and on time, mitigating any potential delays.
