Job Description

Job Title: Delivery, Head, Program Director - Hotel Domain

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Duration: 2 years, with possibility of extension

Salary: Open upto GBP £140,000 Per annum + Benefits

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in managing large and complex projects within the Hotel or Holiday domain
  • Possessing a robust IT background and adeptness in technological solutions, this individual is capable of providing valuable input to cross-functional IT development teams.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in program management
  • Expertise in the Hotel Domain
  • Experience with Channel Manager and Bed Bank systems
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities

Detailed Job Description: We are in search of an accomplished Program Director with a demonstrated history of successfully managing extensive and intricate projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and a profound comprehension of the Hospitality industry, particularly with Bed Bank Systems experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage large-scale programs within the Hotel Domain
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives
  • Utilize expertise in Channel Manager and Bed Bank systems to enhance efficiency and foster innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within stipulated timelines and budgets
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and partners

Location and Duration:

The selected candidate will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will be required to work at the customer site for a duration of 24 months. Relocation to Dubai and working from the client location will be necessary for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related commercial experience
  • Proven track record in program management within the Hotel Domain
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and efficiently manage multiple priorities
