About The Role
This is a full-time role for a Marketing Lead in a super exciting start-up. You will be responsible for developing creative marketing strategies, enhancing our offering, and driving subscriber growth and retention initiatives. Being a small team, you'd be working directly with the Founders and have the opportunity to get hands on with all aspects of the business.

What You'll Do
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns
Drive subscriber growth and retention
Manage paid marketing channels
Form and grow key marketing partnerships
Refine and improve our offering
Drink beer (optional)

About You
~ A motivated go-getter, who is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
~ Keen to take ownership and grow an exciting young business
~ Data driven and the ability to learn fast
~3+ years of digital marketing experience
~ Experience in the beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
~ Loves beer
