The candidate will provide on-site support for all voice technologies. They will also provide remote support for telecommunications in the APAC region. Responsible for the day to day support of IPC Unigy system, turret users, Cisco telephones, voice recording, and all voice circuits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience supporting IPC Unigy voice trading systems, including Unigy management system, IQ/MAX Touch Turrets, IQ/MAX Omni soft turrets, Unigy Soft Client, and Unigy Pulse
  • IPC Unigy Certifications required
  • Experience with hoot n holler and intercom
  • Expertise interfacing directly with front end turret users
  • Expertise with ARD and MRD voice circuit test and turn up
  • Experience with automated recording check tools and reporting
  • Experience with NICE NTR & NTR-X voice recording user management and implementations

  • Experience with regulatory requirements for voice recording configuration and retention
  • Experience with voice related software development using API and API gateways such IPC Bluewave and NTR-X a plus
  • Assess new technologies, identify emerging trends, provide recommendations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT tickets and issues
  • Maintain and develop strategic relationships with vendors
  • Cisco Call Manager experience and certifications a plus
  • Zoom collaborative services experience a plus

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented
  • Ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of IT staff located in multiple sites, including proven effectiveness working with global teams
  • Highly self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Possesses a customer-oriented mindset
