What will you be doing?
Providing operational support of the IPC Unigy 5.2 systems globally and undertaking operational support of the Speakerbus iSeries globally
Managing capacity and risk/ reporting and data analysis
Taking regulatory responsibility for voice recording
Supporting and monitoring infrastructure and administration
Implementing Infrastructure upgrades
Providing in depth trouble shooting to resolve issues
Imparting technical guidance to management
Supporting an on call rota and providing weekend out of hours’ support
What we’re looking for:
Experience of working in voice operations for a large financial institution
Speakerbus iSeries, Cisco Call Manager and Verint Financial Compliance experience
Must be fully conversant with IPC Unigy
Minimum of basic Unigy qualification that is current
Skills that will help you in the role:
Cisco Call Manager experience
CTI Proteus experience
Experience of Microsoft suite of applications, especially Excel
Previous experience of Nice Trader Voice Recording
