As the senior estates professional (Intelligent Client), you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of engineering and building services across our Retained estates at Peterborough, Hinchingbrooke, and Stamford healthcare campuses. - Proven track record of working at a managerial level in a health care/public service/armed forces environment with an Estates background
- Professional knowledge acquired to degree level or equivalent Estates Management performance, experience and specialist knowledge
- Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Qualification
- Evidence of ongoing personal and technical development
- Authorised Person (Piped Medical Gas, LV & HV Systems)
- Membership of relevant professional body
- Good communication skills - relating to specialist & nonspecialists, Contractors & suppliers
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills, with the ability to respond to differing situations quickly and effectively, and the skill set of absorbing highly complex facts that are often conflicting and translating into user-friendly communications for non-technical staff
