Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the player’s experience for our games. Working in close collaboration with game designers, artists, and developers, you will apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences that immerse players in our game worlds.
Key Duties Include
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to drive the UX vision of the project, ensuring alignment with project goals and player expectations
- Develop comprehensive solutions for each stage of design; from exploration and research to conceptualisation and implementation
- Champion accessibility throughout the project and design vision
- Bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex user flows and interactions while dealing with technical constraints
- Create wires, user flows and prototypes based on user feedback to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UX design, integrating innovative practices and technologies into our processes
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, including games or interactive experiences
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Ability to mentor UX designers, providing guidance and support to nurture talent within the team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback across diverse teams
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment

- Experience with motion graphics and animation for UI elements
- Previous experience working on AAA titles or large-scale game projects
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator experience
