As a Senior UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the player’s experience for our games. Working in close collaboration with game designers, artists, and developers, you will apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences that immerse players in our game worlds.
Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to drive the UX vision of the project, ensuring alignment with project goals and player expectations
Develop comprehensive solutions for each stage of design; from exploration and research to conceptualisation and implementation
Champion accessibility throughout the project and design vision
Create wires, user flows and prototypes based on user feedback to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in UX design, integrating innovative practices and technologies into our processes
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, including games or interactive experiences
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
Proficiency in UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
Ability to mentor UX designers, providing guidance and support to nurture talent within the team
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations
Experience with motion graphics and animation for UI elements
Previous experience working on AAA titles or large-scale game projects
Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator experience
