In this role you will:
Communicate transparently with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver amazing customer service, being confident and friendly when speaking with our customers
Think outside the box and be informative
Be self-motivated with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Be professional and switched on for our customers but, also, your own progression
Requirements
People background - you come with experience of providing proactive administrative support
Passion for customer service - you have a genuine passion for helping others and working as a team with a customer service focus
Excellent communication - you will have strong verbal, written and face - to face communication skills
Accountability - you will have a strong sense of accountability and ownership of what you do ensuring a high level of confidentiality and an excellent eye for detail
Monday to Thursday: 8am 4pm and Friday: 6am 2pm
