NetSuite Systems Administrator Location: London – Hybrid – One day a week onsite Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 Our client is a PE-backed global NetSuite user currently expanding their internal systems team. They are in the midst of a global systems rollout and are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator who can hit the ground running and support their international NetSuite project. You will be working with their finance team to assist with the rollouts from a best practice NetSuite standpoint. Responsibilities: – Support the global NetSuite rollout, ensuring new regions and business units are onboarded smoothly and in line with best-practice configuration. – Work closely with the finance team to understand requirements, streamline processes, and translate needs into effective NetSuite solutions. – Configure and maintain NetSuite modules, including forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles/permissions. – Identify system enhancements and opportunities for optimisation, recommending improvements to support scalability and standardisation during the global rollout. – Maintain strong documentation – User training Skill set – 3-4 years + NetSuite experience – Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, including workflows, custom fields, forms, roles/permissions, saved searches, reports, and dashboards. – Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments. – Experience working on system rollouts, implementations – Core financial exposure (O2C, R2R, P2P)– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. – Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed environments where priorities evolve quickly.
