Do you have demonstrable experience of managing an events team within a commercial training business?
Have you worked with a software system to include Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Learning Management System (LMS) to manage efficient and effective training course delivery?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Events (Course) Manager to join our organisation. As part of the training team, you’ll lead and manage a training events team, ensuring the effective operational delivery of all public, virtual, and in-company training events and associated exams.

You will deliver the best customer experience and contribute to achieving training revenue and profit goals.

With line management and budget responsibilities, you will play a key role for the training events teams, located in Chesterfield and Warwick House, including hybrid workers.


Manage course allocation and team duties to ensure efficient delivery of training courses and exams.
Champion Salesforce best practices and identify improvements for better delivery.
Create reports to manage team performance and support improvement decisions.
Support a digital-first model, collaborating with other teams to transition our working methods.
Work with our Technology and Marketing teams on customer onboarding and feedback analysis.
Collaborate with Resource Planning and Product Development to introduce new courses and locations.
Supporting the leadership team with the delivery of CLLP strategy, communicating our vision and purpose in a compelling manner, championing our principles of Technical Integrity, Customer Centricity, Simplification, Digital First and Collaboration, ensuring that the company is an agile and resilient operation, and that it achieves its short- and long-term objectives.
