About The Role:

Our Social Care and Support Service is committed to maximising strengths, to enable adults to achieve their desired outcomes, thereby meeting their needs and improving or maintaining their wellbeing. We are looking for someone who shares our passion and is committed, enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate about improving outcomes for adults in Warwickshire.

We currently have roles with Stratford Older People's Team and Disabilities Reviewing Team.
