This is a full-time Data Science Intern role with Trigma.As a Data Science Intern, part of our Data & AI team, you will learn to manage, architect and analyse big data in order to build data driven business insights and high impact data models to generate significant business value. Data and AI covers a range of industries creates models and processes to collect, distil and interpret data with a view to aid better, more informed decision making. Examines and explores data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of discovering insights which in turn can provide competitive advantage for our clients.
You will bring your big ideas, insatiable curiosity for technology and a passion for entrepreneurial disruption and go as far as your ambition takes you.
You will be responsible for performing data analysis, applying statistical techniques, and utilizing data science methodologies. You will work closely with the team to support the optimization of promotional investment and contribute to the development of product enhancement and specific project delivery requirements. This is a hybrid role with the availability for some remote work and client site traveling.

Being enrolled in a MSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Econometrics or related science field from a well-established University
Advanced level in using programming tools and platforms to manipulate datasets and perform data analysis
Familiarity with Data Science scripting (in R / Python / Scala) and cloud technologies
turn consumer behaviour data into effective strategies and drive results
Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills, and ability to work within a team
Fluency in English is required due to participation in multinational project teams
Experience in statistics, data science, and data analytics
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Experience with data analysis tools and software
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
Enrollment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in a related field
