Document Controller We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Neath Port Talbot Hospital team based in Neath. Location: Neath Port Talbot Hospital, Neath – site based Hours: 20 hours per week – part-time, Monday to Friday What will you be responsible for? As a Document Controller , you'll be working within the Neath Port Talbot Hospital team, supporting them in maintaining full compliance and control of documentation and records in preparation for the PFI handback process. What will your day to day look like? Your day to day will include: Managing and maintaining the Document Management System (DMS) in line with corporate and contractual requirements. Conducting audits and reviews of key documents, including maintenance records, drawings, and service reports. Uploading, renaming, and restructuring documentation to ensure compliance with required standards. Monitoring and improving document control procedures and providing training or support where needed. Preparing and maintaining archive registers and assisting with document digitisation and migration. What are we looking for? This role of Document Controller is great for you if: You have strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. You're proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint (or other document management platforms). You have excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Please note this role will require a DBS to be carried out as part of the recruitment process.
