They are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their South Midlands region (Northampton office) as a Quantity Surveyor

The role Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor

This civil engineering contractor are searching for a hard working and driven Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Based in their Northampton office, you will work alongside their production team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects for the region.

You will be office based with site visits within the South Midlands region

You will be joining a strong and established team of Quantity Surveyors

You will have exposure to the full project life cycle with involvement from initial enquiry through to project delivery, and will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects relating to the projects, whilst achieving the highest standards ensuring the companys strong reputation is maintained.

The right person

  • GCSEs Minimum 7 A-C / 5-9 including Maths and English.
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor and / or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience working on residential groundwork schemes
  • General Knowledge of contractual terms within construction.
  • Excellent PC skills, in particular excel.
