1) Delighting clients by ensuring perfect design & first time, snag-free delivery;
3) Meeting our financial objectives by having an intimate understanding of what drives cost on a project and ensuring visions and ambitions are captured and mutually agreed upon.

Develop block plans, adjacency diagrams, space planning, and detailed designs based on design brief
· Liaise with subcontractors throughout the design and construction process
· Survey building interiors
· Obtain project information: fabrics; furniture; Apply building and Accessibility statutory requirements and administer Planning / Listed building applications
· Liaise with subcontractors and consultants (FI Real Estate and the individual project teams)
· Apply building / accessibility statutory requirements / administer Planning / Listed Building applications
· Promote use of technologies to capture efficiencies and advancements
· Interpret programme requirements, develop block plans, adjacency diagrams, space planning and detailed design
· Organizational skills in prioritising, planning and meeting deadlines
· Flexible and adaptive to cope with fast track projects and changing team requirements
· Min 5 yrs Design & Build / Architectural background

Revit, Autocad, Sketchup

25 Holidays per year, plus UK bank holidays
