Delegate Sales Executive
Location: Oxford (OX1) - hybrid

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working alongside a world-leading technology events business who are setting up brand new central Oxford offices, and looking to recruit a team of collaborative and commission-driven Delegate Sales Executives to increase attendance at global tech conferences.
This Delegate Sales Executive provides a vital resource to the entire organisation with the requirement to register clients from businesses across the globe for exclusive, invitation-only science and tech events.
Thompson & Terry Recruitment's client are looking for candidates confident to research, identify and contact potential event delegates via telephone calls, emails and major social media platforms such as LinkedIn. This role will be relationship focused and requires a high level of research therefore the successful candidates will also be responsible for tailoring their approach to maximise event registration numbers and maintaining relationships with delegates long-term to encourage repeat attendance.
This role is well suited to a really driven and passionate person, who may be already excelling in a sales job but keen to enhance earnings and really progress, or indeed a recent graduate who is incredibly hungry and driven to ensure they are the 'next big thing' in one of the most lucrative and fastest growing sectors globally.
