Events Manager role in a popular US law firm. London based.9-month FTC cover. Highly competitive salary plus overtime pay
This boutique US law firm with a fabulous culture in their London team is looking for an experienced event professional to join their team on an initial 9 month FTC. The Manager will be supported by a Events Specialist/Executive in the team and work closely with the Marketing Director in London as well as the wider client and BD team.
Key duties:
- Deliver a programme of targeted client events in London
- Manage the events budget alongside the Marketing Director
- Negotiate supplier and venue contracts
- Monitor and analyse event successes and feedback
- Manage internal events calendar
- Create compelling marketing collateral for events
The role will suit a candidate with at least 5 years’ experience of end to end event management within legal or professional services. Experience of planning an annual events calendar and budget would be highly beneficial. Also, knowledge of anti-bribery regulations is highly desirable. Candidates will need to be confident and able to quickly get up to speed with the team.
