The Experience & Qualifications required :

  • Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar positionis essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background

The responsibilities are:

  • To assist with Pastry service throughout both lunch and dinner
  • To supervise, assist and co-ordinate all preparation/presentation
  • To develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings in conjunction with the Pastry Chef

Working hours:
  • The working hours for this role are on a rota basis from Monday -Saturday.
