The Engineering function at the GSK Ware Manufacturing and Supply site is responsible for the provision of technical expertise to support the manufacturing, automation and controls systems for all production operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
We are looking for Engineering Technicians with a calibration background to join our Metrology team to provide engineering expertise to support production activities.
Engineering Technicians work in a team (managed by an Engineer) to support highly skilled, diverse teams across production, quality, analytical and technical functions at the site. Engineering Technicians conduct a wide range of engineering maintenance, calibrations, physical interventions and repair activities.
Engineering Technician tasks include:
Liaising with cross functional teams Quality Validation Site operations
You may also be involved with project work (including commissioning and installing new equipment) About You: Relevant engineering qualifications and / or experience is required (eg; Engineering Apprenticeship in Electrical, Calibration or Instrumentation subjects, HNC/HND). Good verbal, written and computer communication skills are needed and you must be able to work within a team and follow standard processes. Electrical
